The first home-cooked meal in our new abode:
Rachel, Jacob, Ethan & Caleb came over to visit last weekend. Ethan and Caleb both liked the view, although Caleb was a little trepid before stepping out onto the balcony.
After enjoying some burgers & shakes from nearby Scooters on our rooftop, we went down to the Ballard Locks (the first of many trips down there, I'm sure!). No salmon were running, but the boys really enjoyed watching the boats go through.

Yeah! Good to see you guys enjoying the new pad and hanging with the family. It makes me miss the view and the locks, Ballard and you, my dear friends!
